My computer was not in good shape at the time prior to calling this place. Running slow, pop ups, etc. This service is a one man operation. Price was a clean cut 30 bucks given my situation. The gentlemen is very user friendly and explains things thoroughly, if a non technical person like myself. Once complete - the process in my case didn't take very long the gentlemen (Joe) explained how I can keep my computer self maintained and offered to supply phone support for the first 30 days after he worked on it. You don't expect quality customer service such as I received when you have someone who probably does hundreds of these things a month.
Would most assuredly take my computer back and recommend to anyone who needs swift, quality and user friendly service.
